If an un-deployed reverse osmosis system, replacement sediment cartridge pack, or premium water testing accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as structural plastic threading flaws, missing internal o-ring rings, or electronic UV ballast circuitry failures), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical chassis dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, dry, free of pipe thread compound residues or tool clamp marks, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory internal dividers, sanitary plastic wrap sleeves, and engineering security seals entirely untampered.
3.2 Biological Hygiene & Fluid-Contact Safety Exclusions
To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine chemical purity across our close-contact human consumption hardware network, any filtration housing, carbon core, mineral cartridge, or water line connector that has been unsealed from its protective factory wraps, introduced to a water source, or run through a fluid test line cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom-configured industrial filter panels or high-volume custom commercial building blocks are strictly excluded from standard returns.
3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment
Once your filtration cargo or distribution package is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic pressure inspection, optical core scan, and sanitation audit to confirm its original integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7-10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Hydrofilter.
